Yesterday Apple announced a newer and upgraded version of its MacBook Pro lines of laptops.
Features:
· New and Upgraded processors. Intel Processors-Corei5: dual core chip and Core i7: quad core chip, which brag to enhance the performance twice of earlier capabilities.
· A graphic processor which is more powerful than earlier versions. In 13-inch model, there is an integrated graphic processor whereas in 15-inch and 17-inch model, Apple also integrated it with AMD Radeon graphics chip. So models with dual chips switch effortlessly and mechanically as and when it is needed.
· An HD camera. It also contains a FaceTime camera that can stream video in 720 pixel resolution and displaying it to widescreen format.
· A new port for a new technology which Apple calls Thunderbolt (TB). The most distinguishing feature of Apple MacBook Pro is the Thuderbolt port.
· Thuderbolt Port is the highspeed data and display port that would be included in the existing connection standards came out as a collaboration of Apple with Intel -Light Peak Project. MacBook Pro is the first Computer to feature this technology.
· Performance Specifiactions of Thunderbolt:
At 10 Gbps:
· It’s twice as fast as USB 3.0
· 12 times as fast as FireWire 800
· 20 times faster than USB 2.0.
· TB is also a native mini DisplayPort, so any display with that connection can connect very easily. HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort and VGA displays can use adapters. Thunderbolt also provides up to 10 watts of power to peripherals and can be daisy-chained to up to six peripherals.
· According to Intel stated in their press release: A Thunderbolt connection can transfer a full-length high-definition movie in 30 seconds.
For viewers, it looks very similar to its earlier versions.
· Same unibody made of aluminum with full width glass across the display.
· All the three models 13, 15, and 17-inch models are still pricing at $1199, $1799 and $2499.

In a nutshell, superficially it is still the same .What they have changed is the interior parts. It’s just an upgraded computer with same price and remarkable features. Let see what the market review will be after this launch of Apple.
